Artwork

You must send us your artwork and PANTONE^® Colours (see below) of your logo/message to be printed/stamped on product. Our preferred files in order of preference are listed below.

Please note: The better the file the quicker we can develop a proof for your review and approval and the better the quality of the logo/message to be stamped/printed.

Once we receive your artwork, our design team can start work on producing a proof of the how the clients logo/message will appear on the product. The proof is forwared to the client for their approval prior to proceeding to manufacture. This provides the client assurance that their logo/message is correctly represented on the product. Only after receiving the clients written approval of the proof will the product be scheduled for manufacture. Please note that any delays in receiving approval of the proof will impact delivery of the product.

When submitting your logo and artwork files, our preferred format is either an Ai (Adobe Illustrator), EPS or PDF file which enables us to simply drag and drop your logo on to our hand tailored product templates. These formats contain vector images created entirely in digital form which enable us to resize to any specification while still keeping print quality.

If you are unable to locate these files, the next best format is either a PNG, JPG or PSD file. These enable our skilled designers to recreate your artwork by hand using Adobe Illustrator to transform the image to a fully digital, print ready vector image.

Although they do offer an easy way for clients to show their ideas to us, Word and GIF files are to be used only as a last resort as they offer the lowest resolution and take more time to faithfully recreate in vector form.

With all files, be sure to embed all images needed and to outline all of your fonts, as fonts are only available to those who have them installed and if we don't own them, a placeholder font is used.

It is the client's responsiblility to ensure they have the legal rights to use logo/message to appear on product.
